At FiredUP Careers our motto is 'dig what you do' and Robin coaches from the philosophy that loving what you do should be a reality. Her coaching stems from her belief that everyone deserves to have a career that works with their life and is a balance of ones values and beliefs and that everyone, no matter who, should refuse to settle for less than they deserve in their career. We all deserve to prosper and enjoy the work we do and have it be a meaningful addition to our lives.

Robin will work one-on-one with you to discover where you are stuck and create a plan tailored to your individual situation in order to help you move forward. Normally the coaching relationship begins with a full Career Exploration, analyzing what you're currently doing and what type of adjustments and changes you would like to make. Follow on coaching sessions are then scheduled either weekly or biweekly, depending upon your needs, with emphasis on both support and accountability. (back to top)
