About Luan
Luan brings over 20 years of human resources, leadership development & coaching, and training design and facilitation expertise to the Center.
Throughout her career in technology companies and non-profit volunteerism, Luan has filled such diverse roles as leadership coach, vice president of human resources, non-profit board chairperson, and entrepreneur. Luan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Masters of Business Administration with emphasis in Management. Luan is currently enrolled in a Professional Coaching Course with New Ventures West in San Francisco and upon completion will become certified as an Integral Coach with New Ventures West (www.newventureswest.com) and credentialed with the International Coaching Federation (http://www.coachfederation.org/ICF/).
An enrolled member of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma, Luan (Choctaw/Chickasaw) dedicates her work to strengthening leadership in organizations. Currently Luan serves as Board President of the Indian Health Center of Santa Clara Valley, Inc. and was honored for her volunteerism as a KQED American Indian Heritage 2005 Local Hero.

As CEO of The Ibigeewatsi Center, Luan believes effective programs and services come from strong organizations and strong organizations come from developing and motivating staff. The work of The Ibigeewatsi Center is focused on strengthening leadership, and we offer leadership coaching, training program design and facilitation, educational and developmental programs for leaders and their staff.
