About Carol
Carol comes to career management and coaching with a colorful grassroots background. She began her high tech career in Human Resources in the high tech industry. Carol has been an executive coach, a career consultant, human resources business partner for global workforces, recruiter, employee development professional, marketing program manager, as well as responsible for employee communications for worldwide marketing and sales at National Semiconductor. She has a Bachelor of Science degree focused in interpersonal & intercultural communications is a Certified Hudson Institute Professional Coach and a certified Birkman Method practitioner.
Carol’s high energy, and contagious “Can Do” attitude provides a charisma that motivates and inspires an audience. She is continually recognized for her creative, innovative-- solution oriented approach.
Carol is a polished public speaker with achievements in motivational keynotes, TV talk shows, and international city government presentations. She designed and delivered workshops for career and life enhancement: “How to Get What You Want,” Defining a Dream, which was offered to University California Santa Cruz staff members.
